Prepare the Halloumi: Slice the halloumi and lightly brush with olive oil. Grill the Cheese: Grill in a hot pan until golden on both sides.

Assemble: Spread harissa paste on one slice of bread.
Add Layers: Place grilled halloumi, onions, and lettuce on top. Finish: Close with the second slice of bread and grill briefly until crisp.
