Prepare the Eggs: Boil eggs for 8 minutes, cool in cold water, peel and cut into halves. Remove yolks. Prepare the Filling: Mash avocado with lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Fold in chopped smoked turkey. Fill the Eggs: Spoon or pipe the avocado mixture into the egg white halves. Plate and Garnish: Serve with salad leaves, microgreens and sesame seeds.
