    Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, herbs, and olive oil. Heat a grill pan over medium heat and grill the chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked.

    Blend soaked cashews, garlic, warm water, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until smooth to create the sauce. Lightly steam broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots until tender. Slice the grilled chicken, drizzle with cashew cream sauce, and serve with steamed vegetables.
