A nutritious and vibrant bowl made with fluffy quinoa, grilled chicken breast, fresh baby spinach, creamy cottage cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes. Inspired by Mediterranean flavors, this balanced dish delivers high protein, fiber, and fresh ingredients—perfect for a healthy lunch or light dinner.

    Cook quinoa according to package instructions and allow it to cool slightly. Season chicken with salt and pepper and grill until fully cooked.
