A simple, high-protein wrap made with protein flatbread and boiled egg whites. This light yet satisfying recipe is perfect for breakfast, a quick lunch, or a post■workout meal. For extra crunch and fun texture, crushed protein chips can be added inside the wrap. Sauces are optional depending on personal taste.

Boil eggs and remove the yolks, keeping only the egg whites.
