Juicy grilled steak skewers paired with roasted potatoes and served with a cool tzatziki yogurt sauce. This balanced dish brings together smoky grilled flavors, tender beef, and creamy Mediterranean-style dressing for a satisfying meal that is both hearty and refreshing.

    Season the steak cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Parboil the potatoes for 5 minutes until slightly tender. Thread steak cubes and potato pieces alternately onto skewers. Grill or pan-sear the skewers until the steak is cooked to your preference and potatoes are lightly charred. Mix all tzatziki sauce ingredients in a bowl and chill for a few minutes. Serve the hot skewers with tzatziki sauce on the side and garnish with fresh coriander.
