A hearty club-style sandwich layered with grilled chicken cubes, smoked turkey, and a perfectly fried egg. Built with three slices of wholegrain bread and crisp iceberg lettuce, then lightly grilled to achieve a crisp exterior while keeping the filling juicy and balanced. Perfect for a protein-rich breakfast or satisfying meal.

    Prepare the Chicken: Grill the chicken cubes in a pan with a little olive oil until lightly golden and seasoned.

    Fry the Egg: Cook the egg to your preferred doneness.

    Toast the Bread: Lightly toast all three slices of wholegrain bread. Assemble the Sandwich: Place chicken cubes and lettuce on the first slice of bread. Add Layers: Place the second slice of bread, then add smoked turkey and the fried egg. Finish: Top with the third slice of bread and lightly grill the assembled sandwich for a crisp finish.
