How to Make It

Tender marinated chicken cubes baked on skewers with colorful bell peppers. Inspired by traditional tikka flavors where yogurt and aromatic spices create deep flavor and tenderness. Overnight marination allows the spices to fully infuse the chicken for juicy and flavorful skewers.

    Mix yogurt, ginger garlic paste, paprika, turmeric, garam masala, cumin, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Add chicken cubes and mix well. Marinate overnight for best flavor. The marinated chicken can safely stay in the chiller up to 3 days.

    Thread chicken and bell peppers alternately onto skewers.

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Bake skewers for 18–20 minutes turning once until chicken is cooked and lightly charred.

    Serve with fresh salad, rice, flatbread, or yogurt dip.
