Bring salted water to a boil and cook the whole■grain spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.

Add lean minced beef or turkey and cook until browned.
Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer gently for 15–20 minutes until the sauce thickens and flavors develop. Serve the Bolognese sauce over cooked spaghetti and garnish with parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
